Is OBS For Me?

You can expect a friendly welcome from our team. Partners and co-parents, grandparents, older children, other family members, friends and supporters of all kinds are very welcome at our sessions.

At our in-person and virtual sessions you might see and on our Facebook group you might read about babies being breastfed, chestfed, being fed by bottle, cupnursing supplementer (lactation aid), finger-feeding, using nipple shields, and more.  You might see people expressing their milk in a variety of ways. Babies might be drinking their parent’s milk, donated breastmilk (read our Milk Sharing policy) or formula milk. We know that every family’s feeding journey is unique.  Whatever stage you’re at, from pregnancy onwards, and whatever feeding looks like for you, we are here to help. You can read our Mission Statement and our Equality & Diversity Policy.

If there’s anything we can do to make your visit more accessible, please let us know on the booking form or by emailing us. We also have to Language Line’s Interpretation Service.

It is important to us that you feel satisfied with your experience of our service, and we welcome feedback by email.
