OBS Group

We created our virtual support group during the pandemic as a way to let families interact and talk about breastfeeding issues together the way they used to at face-to-face sessions. Because we are now running weekly in person sessions we have reduced the frequency. OBS Group runs monthly on Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:30 pm on Zoom. Babies of all ages are welcome.

Please note that because facilitators are now running four weekly in person sessions we can no longer offer feeding support at group. Instead, each month there will be a choice of two breakout room discussions on popular feeding-related topics.

To register click on the button below. We will send you a video link closer to the time, usually the day before, and ask that you join the meeting promptly at 12:30 pm.

Themed Breakout Rooms

We offer a choice of two themed breakout rooms in each of our monthly online OBS Group sessions. Our upcoming sessions are:

Date Topic 1 Topic 2
October 21st Normal newborn sleep Returning to work (with Deepa Santosh)
November 18th Sleep 6-12 months The unhappy breastfed baby - crying, allergy, reflux
December 16th Normal newborn sleep Starting Complementary foods
